POLARIS SOCIALS 

Our goal with Polaris is to eliminate the loneliness many entrepreneurs experience when building their businesses, following their dreams.

We do that by running the business building workshops as group events.

Each Polaris ‘group’ consists of no more than 10 other local business owners like you, peers you can bounce ideas off, learn from and lean on, when you need to. By bringing together entrepreneurs in complimentary but different sectors, you’ll be the only business of your type in your group.

Next, your membership includes seats at 3 Polaris Socials each year, where all Polaris members gather to let off a little steam over some delicious locally sourced food and beverages, in a stunning setting on the Blenheim Park grounds.

LAKESIDE CLUBHOUSE 

Our meeting space is a 100 year old carriage house, updated to include the modern amenities and comforts of today, while maintaining all the charm of yesteryear.  

Seasonally, we’ll dine in the grounds or on the patio of the Teahouse, which was literally built in the lake when the building was moved here in 1924.

We may be biased* but we believe there’s not a more beautiful setting in the region for sampling delicious food and a libation or two, enjoying the company of fellow entrepreneurs and listening to the Loons call, under the grandeur of a Maine starry night.

BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS

The Polaris Clubhouse is located at Blenheim Park, on 16 private, wooded, lakeside acres in Bremen, about 10 minutes drive from downtown Damariscotta on Maine’s beautiful midcoast. It’s the perfect setting to turn off the noise of your day to day and focus entirely on how to grow your business.  

The grounds include more than 1000ft of lakefront, manicured lawns and flower gardens, woods to stroll through and a newly established 200 tree cherry orchard which will reach full production by 2023, and a 150 tree ornamental cherry blossom orchard which will provide splendor and beauty to the region every spring. Both orchards are part of our value-added product and agritourism business — we’re entrepreneurs too, applying our methodology to our own business, every day!

Depending on the day, the season and the subjects we’ll be covering, you might find your ‘classroom’ in any one of these gorgeous locations.
